I purchased a 2020 Tucson from Motorhub in March 2025. I was assigned to one of the managers Aidan who was super professional, personable and friendly.He made the car buying experience as smooth as possible and we all know it can be difficult with all the back and forth. I would recommend doing your pre qualification prior to visiting Motorhub as Aidan mentioned it saves a lot of time. I would him and Motorhub to friends and family.

It was time for an upgrade and I went to Motor Hub for a newer vehicle. What I found commendable was Aidan’s (sales rep) transparency regarding the price. He provided a few possibilities and gave the necessary space for my decision. I did not feel pressured or coerced in anyway. The process was comfortable. What may have helped the process was the fact that i knew exactly what I wanted and did some research on my own (always recommend). The only downside was (not Aidan) but in the fine print it stated all car prices was based on a $3999 downpayment which (on me) i should have read. With this in mind i ended with compromising my budget by $150 per month. Overall i had a great experience and i am Confident with my purchase. I’ll update on the car itself at another time. I would highly recommend this company and Aidan or Ryan to work with.G
